Vegetarian Truffle Tacos:
• 2 tablespoons CherieBelly Truffle Oil
• 1 leek, chopped
• 2 cups chopped mushrooms
• 1 1/4 cups fresh corn
• 2 zucchini, chopped
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 8 soft corn or flour tortillas {5" size}
Sauté above ingredients, steam the tortillas. Top off each taco with CherieBelly Spicy Pepper Truffle Sauce and thank me later.
